Coventry City have loaned in Tottenham Hotspur ‘keeper Martin Fulop on a three-month deal.
Fulop told Coventry’s official website: “I’m really looking forward to it.
“It’s a great thing for me to come to a big club like Coventry and play regular first-team football.
“This is my second year at Spurs. Last season I sat on the bench 20 times so I need to improve on that. It was a good year for me as I also made my international debut for Hungary.
“I played against France and we lost 2-1 but I played in the second half and kept a clean sheet.”
He added: “I wanted to come straight away. Since the summer, I have been looking for a loan move so this was perfect. We had some problems at Spurs with injuries to the goalkeepers early this season so they didn’t let me go on loan until last week. I’m really glad to come here.
“I know Coventry City was a big Premier League club and even though they are now in the Championship, I can see the Club has a fantastic stadium and I hope the team can get promoted.”
